Returns & Refunds Policy
At PURE.COSMETICS, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our returns process is simple and fast — your order is fulfilled by Amazon, which means your return will be handled through Amazon’s trusted fulfilment network.
30-Day Return Window
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
All returns are processed through Amazon’s fulfilment centres to ensure speed and reliability.
How to Start a Return
Contact our team at connect@purecosmetics.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with a pre-paid Amazon return label and instructions for sending your item back to the nearest Amazon Fulfilment Centre.
Pack your product securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated return point.
Once received, Amazon will process and verify the return on our behalf.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Safety seals and product labels must be intact.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of authorisation.
If an item is returned opened or used, a partial refund may be applied, consistent with Amazon’s returns grading standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, with Amazon handling the return shipping on our behalf.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected by Amazon.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
Note: Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Used or opened beauty and personal care items.
Products without their safety seal or original packaging.
Promotional bundles, samples, or gifts with purchase.
If you believe your product is faulty after use, please contact us for further support.
